As past President of the National Association of Secretaries of State, Chair of the Vermont Senate Government Operations Committee (with elections oversight) and Co-Chair of the Council of State Governments Overseas Vote Initiative, Secretary Condos brings over 30 years of experience in the field of elections process, including access to secure and reliable voting.
